Tomorrow.
I’m getting my as up at 6:45, eating a HEALTHY breakfast, and heading out for a 2 mile run, cardio and weight training at the gym.
I have to train for a 10k on the 28th!
I fell down but I’m not staying down. I lost 11 pounds and I plan to not let this hard work go to waste.
If I don’t post a personal message in the A.M., I broke my own promise.
